A lookout circular prevents an individual to leave the country and permits convened authorities to detain people if they are violating the said condition.

Sisodia took to Twitter and said, “All your raids were failed, nothing found, not even a paisa. Now you have issued a lookout notice that Manish Sisodia is not available. What is this drama, Modi Ji? I am roaming freely in Delhi, tell me where to come? Can’t you find me?”

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also criticized the Centre after the circular was issued. “At a time when the common man is battling with inflation, crores of youth are unemployed, the central government along with all the state governments should fight unemployment and inflation. Instead, they are fighting with the whole country. Every morning they wake up and start the game of CBI-ED. How will the country progress will progress like this?”

The CBI began questioning on Saturday, and the 3 accused were called to the agency’s headquarters. Their statements were recorded and were questioned about certain documents of financial transactions that were pulled out during the raids.
