South Korea reported 210,755 new Covid-19 cases, raising the total number of infections to 15,635,274, the health authorities said on Tuesday.

Seoul, April 12: South Korea reported 210,755 new Covid-19 cases, raising the total number of infections to 15,635,274, the health authorities said on Tuesday. Of the new cases reported till Monday midnight, 39,518 were Seoul residents. While 54,191 and 11,648 in Gyeonggi and Incheon respectively. Among the new cases, 33 were imported from overseas, lifting the total to 31,452. The number of infected people who were in a serious condition stood at 1,005. Total 171 more deaths were confirmed, leaving the death toll at 19,850. The total fatality rate was 0.13 per cent.
