Amidst the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, India has issued a new advisory for Indians trapped in Kharkiv. In which it has mentioned that all the people in trouble should keep torches, money and water arrangements with them there.

It has been told in the advisory that all the people trapped in Ukraine should keep a small kit of essential items ready in their hands round the clock. Apart from this, warnings have also been issued in the advisory.

The emergency kit should contain a passport, ID card, essential medicine, life-saving medicines, torch, matches, lighter, candle, cash, torch, power bank, water, first aid kit, headgear, muffler, gloves, heated jacket, warmer. A pair of socks and shoes, as available.

The government has said in the advisory that all Indians should create a WhatsApp group there, in which share their complete details. Share geolocation on WhatsApp with the embassy or control room in New Delhi. Apart from this, keep updating the information every 08 hours. Apart from this, constant headcount means maintaining the count of your people.

Apart from this, the government has warned that avoid stepping out of your bunker/ basement/ shelter at all times. Do not be a part of any kind of local protest. Avoid any kind of comment on social media. Apart from this, do not carry any kind of weapon. So do not click any kind of picture from the battlefield there or share it on social media. And in the advisory, it has also been warned about going live from the battlefield.
