Aryan Khan Drugs Case: court grants NCB 60 days to file chargesheet

The Narcotics Control Bureau’s earlier request was to allow it to file a charge sheet pertaining to the case in 90 days, in the presence of special judge VV Patil.

New developments have surfaced in the megastar Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan’s alleged involvement in substance abuse on the cruise case today.

On Thursday the Special Investigation Team of the main agency Narcotics Control Bureau got a 2 month or 60 days extension from the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act court. The Narcotics Control Bureau’s earlier request was to allow it to file a charge sheet pertaining to the case in 90 days, in the presence of special judge VV Patil.

The Special Investigation Team confirmed that on March 12th when they received the explicit examination reports of the 17 samples that were sent proved that the samples recovered over the drug busting were absolutely illegal psychotropic substances/drugs within the tenets of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Interestingly some of the kids were of massive influential backgrounds and had offensive chats with people from abroad. Some are in India and some of these foreigners were outside India. A detailed probe into the chat history is underway somehow Aryan Khan’s name is not enlisted in the latest plea.
