1. Pecan Snowflake Cookies

You can make these cookies by pulsing together pecan with sugar in a food processor. Then, add unsalted butter and vanilla to it. Continue to pulse until the mixture turns smooth. Now add flour, salt, and cinnamon. Process until it forms a dough. Place it on parchment paper and cut it into any shape of your choice. Bake them for around 10 minutes and they’ll turn brown. Dust some sugar on the top and you are good to go.

2. Christmas Light Sugar Cookies

Whisk flour and salt and beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar with an electric mixer. Keep mixing until the sugar and butter mixture becomes fluffy. Add the flour and salt to this mixture and mix it properly. Flatten the dough and cut various shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake them for 10-15 minutes. Use frosting after the cookies are cool.

3. Spiced Shortbread

Put flour, sugar, salt, ginger, and cinnamon in the food processor bowl and pulse it. Now add butter to it and pulse it. When the dough is ready, flatten it out and put it evenly in a pan. Bake it for 30 minutes. Take it out and place it on a wire rack. Use a sharp knife to make patterns of a shortbread.

4. Fruitcake Cookies

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Take some flour separately and mix it with pecans and pistachios. Beat some butter and brown sugar and wait until it turns fluffy. Add egg to the butter mixture with one teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Now, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix it well. Add nuts, cherries and pineapple. Press the dough evenly and cut it into shapes of your choice. Bake them for 15 minutes. Until then, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, brandy, vanilla and milk and put it on the cookies when they are cooled down.

5. Biscuit and Jam Cookies

Put flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse it. Add butter and coconut to it and pulse it again. Whisk egg and cream together. Add 75% of the egg and cream mixture to the butter mixture. Pulse it together. Take the dough out and place it on parchment paper. Use cookie cutters to cut them and brush the egg and cream mixture on one side. Bake them for 10 minutes. After the cookies are cooled down, spread jam on them and place another cookie on top of it.
