What is Quilted fashion?
These cosy quilted clothes have always been popular in the fashion industry, and as knit, rayon and linen fabrics become more and more popular as complements to our favourite fabric lines, quilters are creating an increasing number of quilted and adorned clothing. Even fashion designers have embraced the Patchwork Movement and introduced pieced clothing of all kinds. Quilters are embracing all areas of home sewing. In order to precisely position colours or blocks on the garment where desired, quilters frequently begin by making the fabric required for each pattern piece.

How do we include them in our closet or styling?
For a classic look, consider wearing the coat with a pair of sturdy quilted boots. You can also try a new look this season by layering a turtleneck sweater with a quilted skirt. This fall, pair your leather shorts or skirts with a warm quilted jacket and finish the look with a pair of knee-high cowboy boots. If you’re concerned that your legs will become too cold, you can also wear tights underneath.
