Praj Industries shares declined more than 5% in early trade on February 13 (IST) after the company reported a weak set of numbers for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The stock slipped to an intraday low of ₹310.20 compared to the previous close of ₹330.50.

As of 9:29 AM IST, the stock was trading near the day’s low after opening at ₹318.00. During the session so far, it touched a high of ₹318.85 and a low of ₹310.20. The stock’s 52-week range stands between ₹273.00 and ₹588.45.

On a consolidated basis, Praj Industries reported revenue of ₹842 crore for Q3, down 1.3% compared to ₹853 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA declined 34.9% year-on-year to ₹47.4 crore from ₹72.8 crore, reflecting pressure on operating performance.

EBITDA margin contracted by 290 basis points to 5.6% from 8.5% in the year-ago period. The company posted a net loss of ₹12.4 crore in the December quarter, compared to a net profit of ₹41.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The sharp drop in profitability and margin contraction weighed on investor sentiment, leading to selling pressure in the stock during early trade.
