Shares of Apollo Micro Systems surged more than 8% in early trade on Tuesday after the defence and aerospace company reported a strong set of earnings for the fourth quarter of FY26, driven by robust revenue growth and a sharp rise in profitability.
At 9:28 AM IST, Apollo Micro Systems shares were trading sharply higher after touching an intraday high of ₹337.35 on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹326.80 against the previous close of ₹311.00. During the session, the stock moved between a low of ₹317.80 and a high of ₹334.80. The company’s 52-week trading range stands between ₹133.31 and ₹354.70. Live trading volume crossed 1.12 crore shares in morning deals.
The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹293.26 crore for the March quarter, compared to ₹161.77 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a strong 81.3% year-on-year growth. Total income for Q4FY26 came in at ₹296.45 crore, up from ₹162.50 crore in Q4FY25.
Apollo Micro Systems also posted a significant improvement in profitability during the quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) rose sharply to ₹54.79 crore from ₹22 crore in the year-ago period. Profit after tax (PAT) surged to ₹36.79 crore in Q4FY26, compared to ₹13.96 crore in Q4FY25, marking an impressive 163.5% YoY growth.
The company’s total expenses increased to ₹241.66 crore during the quarter from ₹140.50 crore a year earlier, reflecting higher operational activity and business expansion.
For the full financial year FY26, Apollo Micro Systems reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹904.32 crore, compared to ₹562.07 crore in FY25, reflecting a strong annual growth of 60.9%. Total income for the year stood at ₹910.60 crore against ₹564.95 crore in the previous financial year.
On the earnings front, annual profit before tax climbed to ₹154.80 crore from ₹82.55 crore in FY25. Profit after tax for FY26 jumped to ₹107.38 crore, compared to ₹56.36 crore in the previous financial year, registering a strong 90.5% year-on-year increase.
Along with its quarterly earnings, Apollo Micro Systems also announced a final dividend of Re 0.25 per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
