Suryoday Small Finance Bank shares rally 15% after bank gets Rs 313.89 crore claim Under CGFMU scheme

Suryoday Small Finance Bank saw its shares surge more than 15% today after the company announced the receipt of a significant claim under the Credit Guarantee Fund for Micro Units (CGFMU) Scheme.

Pursuant to regulatory requirements under SEBI Listing Regulations and related circulars, the bank informed that it had raised its first interim claim of Rs 313.89 crore for the base year 2023-24 with the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company (NCGTC). The full claim amount was received on September 30, 2025.

The bank clarified that this receipt is part of its ordinary course of business and is aligned with its ongoing operations under the CGFMU scheme.
