TCS: The IT major TCS missed street expectations in its Q4 numbers. The company’s revenue (consolidated) came in at Rs 59,612 crore, whereas its net profit stood at Rs 11,392 crore. The company’s orderbook however stood firm during the quarter.

Anand Rathi Wealth: Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth will be in focus today after the company reported a 4% growth QoQ in its revenue at Rs 143 crore against Rs 138 crore in the previous quarter. The firm’s profit after tax stood constant at Rs 43 crore.
Au Small Finance Bank: Au Small Finance Bank on Wednesday announced that the Reserve Bank of India has approved reappointment of Sanjay Agarwal as the bank’s MD & CEO for three years.
Karnataka Bank: Karnataka Bank on Wednesday announced that the Reserve Bank of India has approved appointment of Sekhar Rao as the CEO & Interim director of the bank for three months starting April 15. Sekhar currently serves as Executive Director of the bank.
