SpiceJet stock surges over 5% as ATF prices hit 6-month low

SpiceJet shares jumped more than 5% in morning trade after investment firm Plutus Wealth Management LLP bought 85 lakh shares of SpiceJet Ltd. through a bulk deal.

The stake was acquired at a price of Rs 59.95 per share, bringing the total deal value to Rs 51 crore. The acquired holding amounts to 0.66% of SpiceJet’s overall shares.

The selling price of Rs 59.95 a share is nearly 6% less than the stock’s closing price on Monday.

As of 9:17 am, SpiceJet shares were trading 5.18% higher at Rs 67.09 on the NSE.
