Shares of Skipper Ltd surged nearly 6% to ₹486 in early trade on Thursday after the company reported a stellar set of numbers for the fourth quarter of FY25. The stock is among the top gainers on the NSE today.

In Q4 FY25, Skipper’s net profit jumped 90% YoY to ₹47.9 crore, compared to ₹25.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue grew 12% YoY to ₹1,287.7 crore from ₹1,153.5 crore, while EBITDA rose 14% to ₹123.7 crore. The EBITDA margin improved slightly to 9.6%.

For the full year, PAT rose 83% to ₹149.3 crore, and revenue stood at ₹4,624.5 crore, up 41% from last year. The company also reported a record order book of ₹7,458.4 crore as of March 2025, with 88% from domestic markets.

Skipper also announced major contract wins, including large EPC orders from PGCIL and new orders from the USA, marking a breakthrough in the North American market. Additionally, it entered the Substation EPC segment, further expanding its portfolio.

The company’s management remains optimistic, highlighting strong demand, digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA, and upcoming capacity expansion as key growth enablers for the coming year.
