The Rupee on Tuesday surged 25 paise at 81.62 against the USD on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealer of Foreign Exchange said.
Sliding 53 paise on Monday, the Indian currency rallied because of weak Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding stock market in early trade today.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 81.58 and 81.67 respectively.
