Surya Roshni Limited announced its Q3 FY26 results, reporting a mixed financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. While revenue witnessed modest growth on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, profitability declined amid margin pressure.
The company posted a net profit of ₹79.7 crore in Q3 FY26, marking a decline of 11.4% compared to ₹90 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The drop in bottom-line performance reflects pressure on operating earnings during the quarter.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,928 crore, registering a growth of 3.2% YoY from ₹1,868 crore reported in Q3 FY25. The steady rise in revenue indicates stable demand across key business segments despite challenging market conditions.
At the operating level, EBITDA came in at ₹145 crore, down 3.2% compared to ₹149.7 crore in the year-ago quarter. The decline in EBITDA impacted overall profitability metrics for the quarter.
EBITDA margin contracted to 7.5% in Q3 FY26 as against 8% in Q3 FY25, indicating margin compression of 50 basis points YoY. The lower margin suggests higher input costs or pricing pressures during the period
