At least six listed companies are scheduled to announce their Q3 results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, on Friday, January 9, according to the BSE results calendar.
The companies set to report earnings today include Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), Tejas Networks, Globus Spirits, Ladam Affordable Housing, GG Engineering, and Triton Corp.
In an exchange filing, IREDA stated that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

Earnings season to pick up pace next week
The broader Q3 earnings season is set to accelerate next week, with several large and mid-cap companies scheduled to report results. These include Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, HCL Technologies, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, HDFC Asset Management Company, HDFC Life Insurance, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Bank of Maharashtra, and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, among others.
Several other companies including Tata Elxsi, Polycab India, Angel One, Just Dial, L&T Finance, JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, and Tata Technologies are also expected to post their quarterly numbers next week.
Separately, on Thursday, Transformers & Rectifiers (India) reported a 34.93% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 73.85 crore for the December 2025 quarter, while revenue from operations increased 31.71% to Rs 736.76 crore.
