Oriental Hotels has delivered a solid performance in the third quarter, reflecting sustained demand momentum across its hospitality portfolio and improved operating efficiency.
For Q3, Oriental Hotels posted a net profit of ₹20.7 crore, registering a sharp year-on-year growth of 43.8% compared to ₹14.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The robust rise in profit was supported by higher revenues and better cost management during the period.
Revenue from operations increased by 14.2% year-on-year to ₹139.3 crore, up from ₹122 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year.
On the operating front, EBITDA for the quarter rose 20.7% year-on-year to ₹42 crore, compared with ₹34.7 crore reported in the same quarter last year. EBITDA margin also improved to 30%, up from 28.4% on a year-on-year basis, indicating enhanced operating leverage and efficiency.
