Minda Corporation has reported a strong set of financial numbers for the third quarter, reflecting healthy growth across profitability and operating performance on a year-on-year basis.

For Q3, Minda Corporation Limited recorded a net profit of ₹85.7 crore, marking a growth of 32.3% compared with ₹64.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The improvement in bottom-line performance was supported by higher revenues and better operating leverage.

Revenue from operations for the quarter rose 24.6% year-on-year to ₹1,560.3 crore, as against ₹1,252.6 crore reported in Q3 of the previous financial year. The growth was driven by improved demand across key automotive segments and higher volumes from core product lines.

Operating performance also strengthened during the quarter. EBITDA increased 27.8% year-on-year to ₹183.6 crore, compared with ₹143.7 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA margin stood at 11.8%, showing a marginal improvement from 11.5% in the year-ago quarter, indicating stable cost control despite input cost pressures.
