Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd posted a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), with profitability improving significantly year-on-year.

The company reported a net profit of ₹7.17 crore, up nearly 17.7% from ₹6.09 crore in Q1 FY25. The growth was driven by higher revenue and controlled expenses.

Revenue from operations rose by 7.4% YoY to ₹701.4 crore compared to ₹652.86 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income, including other income, stood at ₹740.15 crore, up from ₹686.08 crore a year ago.

On the cost side, total expenses increased slightly to ₹713.33 crore from ₹671.45 crore a year earlier, as employee benefit expenses and other overheads rose modestly.

Profit before tax came in at ₹26.29 crore, up significantly from ₹14.04 crore reported in Q1 FY25. After accounting for taxes, net profit settled at ₹7.17 crore.

The results reflect the company’s focus on revenue growth from vacation ownership and efficient cost management.
