For the quarter, the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 659.11 crore, compared with Rs 304.03 crore in the same period last year, marking a year-on-year growth of nearly 117%. On a sequential basis, revenue increased from Rs 607.86 crore in the September 2025 quarter, reflecting a quarter-on-quarter growth of around 8%.
Profit for the period from continuing operations came in at Rs 33.32 crore, compared with Rs 20.53 crore in the December 2024 quarter, translating into a year-on-year growth of about 62%. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profit remained largely stable compared with Rs 33.17 crore reported in the previous quarter.

Employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 13.68 crore, while depreciation and amortisation expense came in at Rs 8.95 crore during the quarter. Finance costs remained broadly stable at Rs 8.92 crore, compared with Rs 9.26 crore in Q3 FY25.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Krishana Phoschem reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,662.51 crore, compared with Rs 885.36 crore in the same period last year. Profit for the nine-month period stood at Rs 97.07 crore, up from Rs 53.68 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
