Kilburn Engineering Ltd reported strong growth in its second-quarter results for FY26, posting robust gains across revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company’s revenue from operations rose 48% to ₹153.6 crore compared with ₹103.8 crore in the same quarter last year. Including other income of ₹3.6 crore (up from ₹0.5 crore YoY), total income came in at ₹157.2 crore, marking a healthy 50.7% YoY growth.
On the expense front, total expenses increased to ₹119.8 crore, up 40.6% from ₹85.2 crore a year ago. Despite higher costs, Kilburn managed to deliver strong operational efficiency, translating into a solid improvement in profitability.
Profit before tax (PBT) jumped 96.7% YoY to ₹37.4 crore, against ₹19.0 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹10.5 crore (up from ₹3.8 crore YoY), the company’s net profit stood at ₹26.9 crore, compared with ₹15.2 crore last year — a 76% YoY rise.
For the half year ended September 2025, Kilburn Engineering reported a total income of ₹288.9 crore, up 52% YoY from ₹190.4 crore. Net profit for the same period surged 80% YoY to ₹48.2 crore, compared to ₹26.8 crore in H1 FY25.
