GPT Infraprojects Ltd, a leading infrastructure company, announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY2025, reporting a notable improvement in profitability despite a slight dip in revenue.
The company’s net profit jumped 23.8% year-on-year to ₹21.8 crore, compared to ₹17.6 crore in the same quarter last year, reflecting strong operational efficiency and better cost management. However, revenue from operations fell 3.1% to ₹278.6 crore as against ₹287.5 crore a year earlier.
On the operating front, GPTInfra’s EBITDA rose 26.1% to ₹39 crore from ₹30.95 crore in the previous year, supported by improved margins and lower input costs. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 14%, up from 10.8% in the corresponding quarter of last year.
