The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Ltd reported a decline in revenue and profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 377.84 crore, down 16.2% from Rs 450.97 crore in the same quarter last year.

Other income rose 65.7% YoY to Rs 36.68 crore from Rs 22.13 crore. Total income came in at Rs 414.52 crore, marking a 12.4% drop compared to Rs 473.10 crore in Q1 FY25.

Total expenses for the quarter were Rs 403.33 crore, a decrease of 10.9% from Rs 452.69 crore a year ago.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 11.14 crore, down 45.6% from Rs 20.48 crore in the corresponding period last year. Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 13.81 crore, down 11.1% from Rs 15.54 crore in Q1 FY25.
