Ashok Leyland reported year-on-year growth in revenue, profitability and margins for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, while factoring in a one-time labour code impact.

For Q3 FY26, the company posted net profit of Rs 796 crore, up 4.5% YoY compared with Rs 762 crore in Q3 FY25.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 11,533 crore, marking a 21.7% YoY increase from Rs 9,479 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

EBITDA for the quarter rose 27% YoY to Rs 1,535 crore, compared with Rs 1,211 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA margin improved to 13.3%, up from 12.8% in the year-ago period, reflecting operating leverage despite cost pressures.

The company also reported a labour code impact of Rs 308 crore during the quarter.
