Shares of Pace Digitek Limited rose more than 2% in early trade after the company announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has secured a fresh international purchase order worth USD 1,346,210.

The order has been awarded by Yaqin Chem and pertains to the supply of Mobile Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) mounted on gooseneck trailers. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, the contract includes the supply of two units of Mobile BESS on Gooseneck Trailer with 200 KW–1200 KWH battery capacity and two units of Mobile BESS on Gooseneck Trailer with 200 KW–2500 KWH battery capacity. The delivery of the systems is scheduled to be completed by April 2026.

The order has been classified as an international contract. The company further clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. It also confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
