Pace Digitek has received a significant domestic order from Bondada Engineering Limited for Balance of System (BOS) works related to a large-scale solar power project, as disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023.
The contract covers comprehensive BOS works for setting up a total capacity of 300 MW solar power projects under the EPC framework. The scope includes design and engineering, site development, manufacturing-related coordination, inspection at suppliers’ works, supply, insurance, transportation, storage, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar power project. In addition to EPC-related activities, the order also includes operations and maintenance services for a period of three years, strengthening long-term execution visibility.
The project has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award. The total order value stands at ₹3,757.25 million, equivalent to approximately ₹375.73 crore, inclusive of GST.
Pace Digitek has confirmed that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in Bondada Engineering Limited. The company has also clarified that the order does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure norms and arm’s length principles as prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India.
