Shares of Ola Electric Mobility Ltd surged 5.22% to Rs 54.44 in Thursday’s morning trade, marking a strong rebound after three consecutive sessions of decline. The stock recovered from Wednesday’s close of Rs 51.74, where it had dropped 4.41%, extending its total six-month fall to nearly 50%.
The rally comes on the heels of a key legal update: Ola Electric confirmed that the Rosmerta Group has filed a memo to withdraw its petitions filed before the NCLT Bengaluru, indicating that all outstanding dues between Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd and Rosmerta Group have been amicably resolved.
In a statement, the Bhavish Aggarwal-led company clarified that “the matter with Rosmerta now stands fully resolved,” further adding its commitment to honoring obligations and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Rosmerta also stated there are no further causes of action, and both parties will now operate under a mutually agreed settlement.
