Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured fresh orders valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore under its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical, strengthening its project pipeline across key segments in India.
The company has received a significant contract from Oberoi Realty for the construction of seven high-rise residential towers in Gurugram, part of the National Capital Region (NCR). The scope of work includes RCC shell and core construction, along with earthworks and piling, all scheduled to be executed within tight timelines. The project reflects continued demand for premium residential developments in NCR and reinforces L&T’s strong presence in urban infrastructure.
In addition to the residential contract, L&T has also secured an order to build a state-of-the-art proving ground facility in Haryana for a reputed international client. This facility is expected to enhance testing infrastructure for vehicles equipped with advanced technologies. The project scope includes civil construction, finishing works, and external development aligned with the facility’s operational requirements.
L&T’s Buildings & Factories vertical continues to leverage its expertise across diverse sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction. The company has a proven track record in delivering EPC solutions for complex structures including airports, hospitals, data centres, automobile facilities, and new energy projects like solar and battery storage plants.
With these latest wins classified under the “significant” category (₹1,000–2,500 crore), L&T continues to maintain momentum in order inflows, supported by its strong execution capabilities and diversified portfolio.
