Shares of RateGain Travel Technologies declined nearly 3% in Monday’s trade after the company announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Rohan Mittal.
As of 9:45 AM, RateGain shares were trading at 617.45, down 2.73% on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹633.50 and touched an intraday low of ₹616.20.
According to the company’s exchange filing, Rohan Mittal resigned from the position of CFO due to personal reasons and family commitments. His resignation became effective from the close of business hours on May 8, 2026.
The company said Mittal will continue in a non-CFO role until August 5, 2026.
The board also approved the appointment of Ankit Aggarwal as Inte with effect from May 9, 2026
