Shares of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) rose over 4% in early morning trade after the company reported a robust set of Q3FY26 financial results, reflecting strong execution and improved profitability on a year-on-year basis.

For the third quarter of FY26, GRSE reported revenue of ₹1,896 crore, marking a sharp increase of 49.1% compared with ₹1,271 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The strong revenue growth indicates healthy progress in project execution and delivery during the quarter.

Operating performance also improved significantly. EBITDA stood at ₹172 crore in Q3FY26, more than doubling from ₹75.6 crore reported in the same period last year. As a result, the EBITDA margin expanded to 9.1% from 5.9% on a year-on-year basis, highlighting better cost control and operating leverage.

Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹171 crore, registering a strong growth of 73.9% compared with ₹98.2 crore in Q3FY25.

Along with the quarterly results, the company also announced an interim dividend of ₹7.15 per share, adding to positive sentiment around the stock.
