  • Asian Energy Services was the top performer, rising 7.60% to ₹310.65 on BSE.
  • Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. gained 3.40% on BSE to ₹35.01.
  • Oil India advanced 2.33% on BSE to ₹519.35.
  • ONGC rose 2.10% on BSE to ₹303.40.
  • Mahanagar Gas gained 1.76% on BSE to ₹1,061.80.

Major Losers in Energy Sector

  • Gujarat State Petronet witnessed the sharpest decline, falling 6.84% on BSE to ₹268.95 and 7.13% on NSE.
  • HPCL dropped 4.02% on BSE to ₹374.40 and 4.43% on NSE.
  • Deep Industries declined 2.38–2.88%.
  • K.P. Energy was down 2.43%.

Other stocks trading lower included Gujarat Gas, Inox Green Energy, MRPL, GAIL, IOC, Hind Oil Exploration, and Suzlon Energy.
