Dilip Buildcon shares surge over 3% as Q3 net profit jump 7.4% YoY

Dilip Buildcon shares jumped over 3% after the company posted a 7.4% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) rise in net profit for Q3 FY25, reaching Rs 115.3 crore. The growth was driven by strong earnings from its coal and hybrid annuity model (HAM) portfolio.

However, the company’s revenue declined by 9.98% Y-o-Y to Rs 2,589.7 crore, while total expenses dropped 11.9% Y-o-Y to Rs 2,519 crore. Despite the revenue dip, the company’s EBITDA surged 33.61% Y-o-Y to Rs 477 crore, improving the EBITDA margin to 18.42% from 12.41% in Q3 FY24.

Dilip Buildcon continues to expand its order book, securing major projects in the quarter. It won a Rs 1,136 crore tunnel project in Kerala (Kozhikode and Wayanad) on an EPC basis. Additionally, the company secured a Rs 964 crore optical fiber project in Jammu & Kashmir.

Dilip Buildcon’s shares opened today at ₹394.95, reaching a high of ₹409.05 and a low of ₹380.70. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹588.00, while the low is ₹341.15.
