Shares of Diana Tea Company hit the 20% upper circuit on July 24, surging ₹6.09 to trade at ₹36.56 on the BSE following strong June quarter results. The rally comes after the company posted a significant improvement in profitability, supported by higher revenues and operating performance.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), Diana Tea reported standalone net sales of ₹20.02 crore, marking a 35.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹14.75 crore in Q1 FY25. Net profit rose sharply by 249.5% to ₹1.66 crore from ₹0.47 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s EBITDA came in at ₹3.07 crore, a 1179% YoY jump from just ₹0.24 crore, reflecting a major turnaround in operational efficiency. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to ₹1.11 from ₹0.74.

The company’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹548.07 crore with a 52-week range between ₹26.00 and ₹53.80.
