  • Net Profit (PAT): The company’s PAT grew by 76.3% YoY to ₹14.0 crore, up from ₹7.9 crore in Q3 FY24, reflecting sustained profitability despite higher operational expenses. Operational and Strategic Drivers:

BLS E-Services attributed its stellar performance to the expansion of digital and technology-enabled services across multiple geographies, coupled with efficiency improvements and cost control measures. The consolidation of ASPL significantly boosted revenue but also temporarily impacted profit margins due to higher expenses related to integration and service expansions.

Nine-Month Performance (9M FY25):

  • For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, the company reported a total income of ₹299.8 crore, reflecting a 29.9% YoY growth compared to ₹230.9 crore in 9M FY24.
  • The strong growth trajectory was driven by the company’s strategic focus on expanding its service portfolio, digital innovations, and capturing new business opportunities across sectors.
