Adani Energy Solutions Limited (ADANIENSOL) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (REC) for the establishment of a transmission system in Rajasthan to evacuate 20 GW of power from the Renewable Energy Zone (REZ). The LoI, issued on December 3, 2024, is part of the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding Process under Phase-III Part-I.
The company is required to accept the LoI unconditionally and fulfill specified conditions within 10 days from the issuance date. Execution of binding agreements will follow, ensuring clarity and compliance between both parties. This development highlights Adani Energy Solutions’ commitment to enhancing India’s renewable energy infrastructure.
