However, FM, Sitharaman was seen along with MoS Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, Bhagwat Karad and other officials from her ministry, she is scheduled to meet President Ram Nath Kovind before proposing the budget at 11 am today in the Parliament.
The Central government last year inaugurated the ‘Union Budget Mobile App’ to encourage the Members of Parliament (MPs) and common people to permit Budget documents digitally. The Union Budget 2022 -23 would also be made accessible on the mobile app after the Budget is submitted on February 1 in house.
