Balaji Telefilms’ Naagin is one of the most-watched fantasy serials on the tube. The TRPs of the show are always high. But for the past few days, the show has been on the news. Earlier it was being reported about how Rashami Desai has been shown the door due to coronavirus pandemic and the budget cuts that have been put in place.
And the latest we hear right now is, Naagin 5 is already in the works and the team is considering a new name. Well, reports suggest, the makers are looking to get actor Shivin Narang on board for the fourth season!
All shooting has been stalled amidst nation-wide lockdown, and as per reports Shivin’s last serial, ‘Beyhadh 2’ would no longer continue after the lockdown is lifted. But it seems like the actor is already prepping to shift his gears in order to be a part of Naagin 5. But these are just speculations for now, and no official confirmation has come so far. Shivin has been a part of ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 10’ aired on the same channel as of Naagin.
The current season of Naagin is going to go off air post the lockdown. Vijayendra Kumeria, the actor in the current ongoing instalment of the show said, “What I have heard is that we will be wrapping up the show after the lockdown, but we will be shooting the end. However, I don’t know about season 5 yet.”. However, today we did a report which quoted the creative director of the show rubbishing the rumours of the show ending further confirming that the 3rd instalment of the popular TV series will see Nia Sharma in a never-seen-before Avatar after the coronavirus lockdown is lifted.
