Shark Tank India’s season 02 is going on air since the first Monday of the new year, 2023. It premiered on January 02, 2023. It airs on Sony Tv and its digital sister concern Sony Liv app. This show is an Indian adaptation of an American original show called Shark Tank, which is being telecast on American Broadcasting Company since 2009. The judge in Shark Tank India season 02 are: Peyush Bansal – Co-owner and CEO of Lenskart, a premium eyewear brand in India, Vineeta Singh – Co-owner and CEO of Sugar, a cometic brand in India, Anupam Mittal – owner of Shadi.com, a matrimonial platform, Makaan.com, a real-estate platform and Mauj, a short-video platform, Aman Gupta – Co-owner of Boat, an electronic brand in India and Namita Thappar, executive board of director, Emcure pharmaceuticals and Amit Jain – Owner of Cardekho.
In one of the promos of Shark Tank India season 2’s tonight’s episode shared by Shark Tank India’s Twitter handle, we see Dhruv Vidyut’s owner pitching the product of his company that is an electric conversion kit, in order to fetch funding from the sharks. The promo begins with Aman Gupta asking the owner, “are you ready?” To which the owner smirkingly replies, “I was born ready.” And his response guaranteed hooting and laughter from the sharks. Then he lit a matchstick and threw it on the bicycle, which was unaffected by the fire.
He then continued explaining., “yeh cycle abhi bhi 58% logon ke daily commute ka part hai. Dhruv Vidyut electric conversion kit. Yeh ek sadharan cycle mein sirf 20 minute mein fit ho jata hai aur usko ek battery se chalne vali cycle mein upgrade kar deta hai. Toh sharks mereko aapke 100 hours of time for 0.5 percent equity.”
