
Sharad Malhotra who is currently playing the role of Veer in Naagin 5 where his role is much appreciated by the viewers. This is the first time the TV actor is seen playing an antagonist and viewers are all thumps up for the character he plays. In a recent exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Sharad revealed about his low phase of 4 years and how he had risen high from that phase.
The TV actor has been quoted as saying, “All of us go through phases in life. I won’t term it as depression, which earlier I did, but I would say it was about experiencing the highs and lows. Till you experience the low, you won’t value the highs. For me personally, I have somewhere taken pride in my failures also. I have personally experienced a lot of rejections but I have taken it with a pinch of salt and moved on. I have not welled, not sulked, it was not about me whinning, it was about me understanding the time and making myself stronger and keep moving. That is what we all need to do. It is a roller coaster ride and it can’t be always up”.
He also addressed the favouritism debate and added that there is no point of these comparison because at last talent is going to shine.
