Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant Payal Malik was evicted on Sunday night from the show, as she did not receive enough votes from audience. The news were announced by the official page of Jio Cinema. Payal had entered the Bigg Boss house with his husband Armaan Malik and his second wife Kritika Malik.
The post announcing her elimination was captioned, “Janta ne suna diya hai apna faisla, Payal Malik is out of the house!” Reacting to the post, one of the users commented, “Not Fair What Is Deepak Munisha Naezy And Sana Sultan Doing There Totally Unfair And Biased Decision, Bigg Boss Should Be Boycotted Because Of Their Biased Ness Towards The Contestant.” Several others called out the elimination to be “unfair.”
Along with Payal, Lovekesh Kataria and Shivani Kumari were also nominated for eviction. Upon being asked by host Anil Kapoor, all three contestants were confident that their fans will save them. However, Ranvir Shorey and Sai mentioned that Payal had most chances of being eliminated.
This is the second elimination in the first week of Bigg Boss OTT 3. Boxer Neeraj Goyat was earlier eliminated after staying only 5 days in the house.
