The Bigg Boss contestants enthusiastically participated in the Ticket to Finale task, aiming to support their chosen finalists before the grand finale. Pooja and Abhishek were contenders in this challenge, each assigned a fruit basket. The garden area featured three slides, and whenever a cycle bell rang, fruits were sent through any of these slides. The remaining housemates, with the exception of Pooja and Abhishek, were responsible for collecting the fruits and placing them in the basket of the housemate they were backing.
The pivotal aspect of the task was that the basket with the most fruits at the end would determine the new captain and the recipient of the highly-coveted ticket to the finale. As the task commenced, the housemates’ excitement escalated into a fierce competition, resulting in a surge of aggression in their attempts to secure victory for either Pooja or Abhishek.

Regrettably, tensions reached a boiling point when Jad, Avinash, and Abhishek engaged in a physical altercation while protecting and attempting to steal fruits from Abhishek’s basket. The altercation led to injuries, prompting Bigg Boss to intervene immediately and halt the task to prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants.
With the task suspended, Pooja Bhatt faced a unique situation due to her personal injury. In a compassionate gesture, Bigg Boss granted her the opportunity to select a representative who would stand in her place and continue the task on her behalf. Pooja made the decision to nominate Jad as her representative, trusting him to champion her cause.
The competition resumed, and it all boiled down to a head-to-head between Pooja Bhatt and Abhishek Malhan for the coveted title of captain and the ticket to the finale. In an intense showdown, Abhishek emerged victorious, amassing more fruits in his basket and securing his spot as the first finalist of Bigg Boss OTT 2.
