Sara Afreen Khan suffered a mental breakdown that led to a major situation in the house of Bigg Boss 18. The latest promo showed Sara losing her control during a task, and she starts pushing the contestants in anger. She also goes onto damaging the BB18 house properties, as she ripped the bedsheets, and tears pillows in anger. When Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang try calm her down, she lashes out and pushes them away.

As the promo progresses, Sara’s husband, Afreen Khan, can be seen shouting at Vivian Dsena, saying, “Tumne iska dil toda hai.” Sara storms into the living room area and shocks him by throwing an object at him. In her outburst, Sara also pushes and argues with Avinash Mishra. Eisha gets involved and ends up getting hurt as she tries to defend Avinash. She can be heard hurling abuses at Avinash and Eisha, before getting dragged inside the bedroom by other housemates.
Her behaviour has indeed stunned the housemates, and Avinash even demands her eviction from the taskmaster.
