In the latest Bigg Boss 17 episode, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain discussed Karan Johar’s comments on their marriage. Ankita confronted Vicky regarding his reference to their marriage as an ‘investment.’ Vicky clarified, saying, “I was talking about destiny and all at night.” Ankita expressed her concern, stating, “I knew this topic would get raised. But you are calling me an investment. What is going outside is that people are perceiving me as an investment.”
In their conversation, Vicky sought to clarify his statement, explaining, “I was saying that I don’t want to give credit to destiny or anything. I want to credit my hard work. Everything that I do from morning to evening, the revenue I earn – all this is my hard work, not destiny.” Ankita responded, expressing her concerns, “Vicky, I was asking you so many times that meeting me was an investment. In front of Isha, you kept saying ‘haan mera investment tha’. How can it be an investment? Meeting me is destiny, it is the heart’s connection.” Vicky emphasized, “I don’t believe in destiny at all.”
Ankita responded, “Then it’s an investment, good for you. I cannot answer this; I don’t find it right. What a stupid thought, you were so sure that you would meet Ankita Lokhande in life, you were investing for it. Yes, you are logical but this is being stupid logical.” Vicky concluded the conversation, saying, “Fine, I talk like this only; I cannot make everyone understand.”
Isha previously discussed Vicky’s perspective on destiny and marriage with Mannara and Sana. She shared, “Vicky bhai and I were arguing, so I asked who believes in destiny and life. He told me, ‘I don’t believe in destiny.’ So I told him that meeting Ankita di is what? Were you sure since childhood that you would marry Ankita Lokhande? He is like, ‘It is not destiny, it is also my investment.’ I was shocked when I heard that. He told me that he came to Mumbai and made a few friends, and those friends were mutual friends with Ankita, and that is how we met, dated, and got married. So he made friends who were mutual between him and Ankita di.”
