Currently, the gorgeous actress is locked inside the Bigg Boss 17 house and a few months prior to entering the Bigg Boss house, Ankita candidly discussed following intermittent fasting to manage weight gain. She emphasized adhering to a strict diet plan recommended by her dietitian to maintain her fitness.
In the interview, Ankita revealed that she begins her day with medication, rising at 3:30 am. She engages in an hour-long meditation session, followed by a workout until 5:30 am, concluding by 7:30 am. After breakfast and other activities, she takes a brief nap. Her active day truly commences at 11 am, aligning with her current intermittent fasting schedule. Ankita observes a 16-hour fasting period, with her eating window from 11 am to 7 pm, dedicating 8 hours for meals during this timeframe.
Ankita mentions that she starts her day with breakfast and a green juice. She emphasizes eating something every two hours, considering it crucial based on her dietitian’s advice. She diligently follows a well-structured diet, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Talking about how she maintains her mental strength, Ankita revealed how she engages extensively in meditation and practices angel healing. She is currently in the process of learning an angel manifestation program, which she finds intriguing and considers it an incredible addition to her life. Ankita is actively pursuing a path to become a healer, driven by her desire to connect with people and energies. She is dedicatedly learning Reiki, tarot, and angel healing, with the assistance of her angels, which she finds to be a truly remarkable experience.
