Love seem to have become one and only working formula for contestants entering the Bigg Boss house. As mentioned by Archana Gautam that Gautam Singh Vig and Soundarya Sharma are trying to be #Sidnaaz or Paras and Mahira from the blockbuster season 13 of Bigg Boss aired in 2019-2020, a lot of netizens feel that to be true.
Not just audience, even Karan Johar, during last week’s ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ happened to mention that the love between Gautam and Soundarya is coming across as fake and as a strategy to gain a hashtag outside the house and is being used as a subtle strategy to gain audience’s love and admiration to stay inside the Bigg Boss house in season 16.
Karan Johar further added that if Manya Singh, during the ‘ao bahen chugli karein’ task of Bigg Boss, implied Soundarya to be ‘characterless,’ then that’s because of Gautam and no one else. He explained his accusation on Gautam by saying that Gautam was seen mentioning to few other housemates that his and Soundarya’s love story can’t go further because he thinks Soundarya to be too ‘free spirited,’ which irked Karan and he called Gautam’s statement to be chauvinistic and misogynistic.
Gautam was seen hugging Manya Singh after she was evicted from the house last night. This triggered a fight between the two apparent love birds with Soundarya accusing Gautam of hugging a person good by who implied Soundarya, his love interest in Bigg Boss house, is ‘characterless.’ She even demanded Gautam to set his priorities straight. She said that Gautam wants to keep everyone one happy and that is why this issue has been brought up during the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar.’
