Imlie star Fahmaan Khan said, It is difficult to be in a space like that and still be yourself

While the Bigg Boss 16 house is beaming with love in its air; be it speculations of Ankit Gupta-Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s stealthy love, or newly brewed butterfly-love of Shalin Bhanot for Tina Datta, or apparent one-sided love of Gautam Singh Vig and Soundarya Sharma, and while Sumbul Touqeer might not have got the attention she expected from Shalin Bhanot, but the one who had been giving her all the attention on-screen — her costar in Imlie, Fahmaan Khan has all the good things to say about her.

In a recent interview, Fahmaan was seen rooting for her co-star, Sumbul in the Bigg Boss house. Talking about her he said, “I feel she (Sumbul) is not playing any game. She is just being there and she’s being herself, which is commendable. It is difficult to be in a space like that and still be yourself. Both she and Abdu (Rozik) are giving a very fresh perspective to the show which is very nice to see.”

Talking about Bigg Boss per se Fahmaan said, “I’ve been watching it for the first time. I don’t understand the game to be honest. I’m also not a person who can play mind games, I’m not a manipulative person.” He further added, “As an actor, I believe you have to play your character right. The limelight is consequence; you can never predict that. Bigg Boss needs someone to play who they are and be who they are, and that’s what’s happening.”

Fahmaan and sumbul are lovingly given the hashtag of SuMaan by their fans. Imlie’s Audience loved Sumbul and Fahmaan’s on-screen chemistry so much that they have been wishing the duo becomes a couple in real life too. When asked when are they getting married, Fahmaan jokingly replied, “Aap card bana do, main baant dunga.”
