In a recent Bigg Boss 16 Extraa Masala, contestant & Bigg Boss Marathi 2 winner Shiv Thakre is seen giving some gym & fitness tips to his housemate Priyanka Chahar Choudhary to better her workout routine.
Their conversation happens in the garden area when Priyanka decides to skip the gym after doing a heavy workout the previous day.
Hearing this Shiv advises Priyanka to not skip the gym for the day since she had a heavy workout session the other day. He says, ” Aaj mat skip kar workout, Sachi mat kar. Kal tune heavy Kia na.
Priyanka replies negatively and explains that even when she used to continuously work out days before she got down a lot as opposed to gaining muscles.
However, Shiv insists to Priyanka get a workout done today, even if it is as little as lifting a 2 Kg dumbell. He explained to her that if she doesn’t then she be in more pain than she is now. However, Priyanka insists that she feels more pain when she workout out daily and that to gain muscles she needs more sleep and that she will feel lethargic. Their conversation ends with Priyanka telling Shiv that she will be focusing on her legs today instead, however, Shiv tells her to not overdo it.
