The biggest irony of the current running season 16 of the most controversial reality TV show of the country, Bigg Boss, is that the most controversial contestant and the most loved contestant are always seen together inside the massively beautiful house. Sajid Khan was accused of sexual misconduct by many females back in 2018. This led to him losing all the work and has been out of work for four years now. And Abdu Rozik is only 19-year-old, young, cute, adorable and the smallest singer in the world record holder.
Now, when we see it from this perspective, we may see Sajid’s pairing with Abdu Rozik as a strategic placement in the show. More so like the lovable Abdu is being used by Sajid Khan to whitewash his sins.
A lot of feminists have come out against the showcasing of a sexual assault accuser like Sajid Khan on national television and in a show like Bigg Boss. Sherlyn Chopra, Devoleena Bhatacharjee, Ex Bigg Boss season 14 contestant Uorfi Javed are few of the actresses voicing their disapproval of Sajid being on Bigg Boss season 16.
But there also have been a lot of supporters of the Bollywood director. At the top of head is Manya Singh, the recently evicted Miss India Runner’s up contestant of Bigg Boss season 16. She said in an interview recently that everyone should get a chance, referring to the sexual offender Sajid Khan.
Now, added to the list of Sajid’s supporters is Aamir Ali. After last night’s episode on nominations for week 4, Aamir Ali took to Twitter and said this:
I may get trolled for dis but I saw last nites epi n I found #SajidKhan very genuine, sweet n funny.. de way he’s trying to take care of my fav #AbduRozik n explain him is really sweet.. both shud stay butterfly n not b a crow, if u understood Wat I’m saying.. #biggboss @ColorsTV
