Umar is a doctor and he was seen taking care of Devoleena as her health was not good and she was facing severe leg ache. Umar was seen pressing her feet and taking care of her. Fans saw this and are praising him as he has not just performed his duties as doctor but also proved his personality. This sweet gesture was loved by the audience, despite the fact that Umar and Devoleena do not share a good bond, Umar took care of her.
