Punjabi Singer, Sara Gurpal, was a part of Bigg Boss 14 till the very first week after which she was evicted from the show because of the decision taken by the Toofani Seniors- Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan to eliminate her. Even though she was in the house for just a matter of seven days, Sara was making it to the headlines with the controversies which involved her ex-husband, Tushar Kumar who alleged Sara of falsely claiming her relationship status to be single.
Tushar claimed that they got married in the year of 2014. There were photos which surfaced that had the two posing happily, wherein Sara was also seen wearing traditional bangles in her hands.
However, Sara stated that the woman in the photo is someone else and she looks like Sara but is not her. However later the Punjabi actress-singer said that they have been separated since the past four to five years as the marriage was really abusive and she was getting physically and mentally damaged. Tushar kept his stand by saying that they have not been divorced and their marriage was not at all abusive as being claimed by Sara to which Sara said that Tushar will never acknowledge or accept what he has done.
However, the marriage certificate that was shared by Tushar on social media had some other name written in the place of Sara Gurpal but Tushar still did not stop claiming that he was Sara’s husband. The controversy got more and more confusing as the days went by and the statements from both the sides kept flowing in.
