The new Bigg Boss 14 promo showed us, enthusiastic housemates, grooving to Shaan’s all-time hit songs all night. However, some important decisions were also taken during the party.
During the party, Rahul Vaidya, Jasmin Bhasin, and Abhinav Shukla reached a consensus to elect Aly Goni to be the new captain. However, this enraged Pavitra Punia who wished to become captain herself.
Pavitra took offense at Rahul not standing up for her. She said, “Mere saath khade ho sakte the, bol sakte the, ‘Nahi, mereko Pavitra chahiye captaincy ke liye (You could have supported me and said, ‘I want Pavitra to be the captain’.)” However, Rahul defended himself by saying that everyone wants to be the captain. Upon Pavitra asking for support, his reply was, “Mere support karne se kuch hoga nahi (my support will not make a difference).”
Pavitra then declared her wish of getting Abhinav and Rahul out of the captaincy race. This was followed by another confrontation between Rahul and her. She expressed that it’s not always about the majority, he could have still supported her. Pavitra then declared, “Mujhe koi bhi bahar hata nahi sakta. Pavitra Punia dominate hoti nahi hai, karti hai. (No one can kick me out. I am not someone who gets dominated but someone who dominates.)”
On Wednesday’s episode, Eijaz Khan, Rubina Dilaik, Kavita Kaushik, and Jaan Kumar Sanu were also nominated to be out of the captaincy race.
